We need to provide text direction support for reports created by the generation engine. This should include viewing a document online (rendering to HTML) and rendering documents in alternate formats: PDF, HTML, DOC (ML), XLS (ML), PPT (MHTML), and PS (POSTSCRIPT).

Please refer to attachment 92044 [details] in bug 222072 (section 3.3.3, to be renamed to "Report rendering").

Some problems found during verification, so reopening this bug.

Besides directionality of rotated text, "justify" alignment should be fixed for all items.

The patch is applied. Only plugin org.eclipse.birt.sample.reportitem.rotatedtext is modified. It won't be included into build and has no impact on build.
