I made a CVS repository for an existing project.
Before actually adding the contents of my project to the cvs repository, I went
to the Structure Compare view.
I right clicked on the root folder and selected "Copy changes from right to 
left". Then my entire project was deleted without warning.

Still applies, the revert local to remote doesn't prompt.

Fixed released to HEAD.
