It should be possible to reorder elements graphically (and update the underlying model as well) in the following cases :
- EAttributes of an EClass
- EOperations of an EClass
- EEnumLiteral of an EEnum
- DetailsEntry of an EAnnotation

Implemented in HEAD from the attached patch
