Steps To Reproduce:
1. I'm using reports to diplay chars for language that are 
   right to left oriented *align = right)
2. I need to be able to set a table or cell a propery of dir=rtl => alignment=right is not enough beacuse when using these chars some chars that appear after them are pushed to the begining . when dir=rtl is used in html this is solved. I need this property in BIRT as well.
3. I don't want to use the __rtl=true parameter for the  
   viewer beacuse of other problems with this parameter.


More information:
for example - without this attribute -
[1]XXX-YYY will turn into 1]XXX-YYY[ (where X and Y ore non english chars)

or periods and question marks at the end of the line will appear in the begining of the line..

We have "bidiLayoutOrientation" defined on 
ReportDesignHandle :: setBidiOrientation(string). 

Or you can set the bidi direction through the style property.
