This dialog is displayed when you select an item in the "Configurations" checkbox list but you don't actually check it. This is displayed to tell you "hey, you browsed "Default" item (for example), maybe you even changed its configuration using the right pane, but since you don't checked it, it won't be enabled after clicking OK". It sounds really weird indeed ; I personnaly think that this confirmation dialog should be displayed only if something has been actually changed in the right pane. The confirmation message would then pop-up only when it really makes sense... Yeah, I sounds really weird. I wouldn't use the term browsed. Anyways, if I have check boxes to the left, I don't expect the selection to matter (I can check them). So I would suppose not to use check boxes but a tree/list (e.g compare to eclipse preference dialog) or to ignore the selection. I am just going to pull this. This being the dialog. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 217092 *** Tod? What happened? :) Oops - should be Bug 217902 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 217902 *** |
