When the user navigates between the text in DateTime widget, the selected text is not being read. ORCA would only says "slash" or "colon" when the user moves between day-month or between hour-minute fields even though the text is hi-lighted.

I cannot reproduce the issue on 4.9, GTK3.22, and Fedora 28.
