The "new" look isn't really "new" anymore, but anyway, the SWT website is still using the old templates and should be updated to fit the look of the rest of the eclipse.org website.

I don't think it's a good idea to WONTFIX a requirement.

Maybe reopen as P5 and enhancement? :P

I have updated the website to Phoenix and Nova theme. 
You can pull it from https://github.com/duemir/swt/tree/phoenix-update
or I can create a patch if you like.
