I was looking for old builds of eclipse and could not find it. However there was a small link on the download page that I missed.
Rather than being this link, I wonder if it would not be more obvious to have a section on the page (like we have for the other streams).

It's difficult to have a list of all the archive builds on the main download page because it's on a different virtual host.  The archive link should be more prominent though.  I'll add this suggestion. to bug 208422.
