When double clicking on an EPackage, a dialog is prompted for managing diagrams associated with the underlying domain element.
1. Create button should only add a new diagram in the list without opening the associated editor
2. It should be possible to rename an existing diagram using this view
3. Double clicking on a diagram should open the diagram in a new editor
4. Deleting a diagram should not close the dialog

I forget the "initialize diagram contents" option when creating a new diagram. If we decide not to open this diagram automatically, we should reconsider the way of handling this option.

With the 2.0 version these operations are using the Sirius ui.
