As one of the first steps in p2'izing the builds, we need to create product files for all the things which are downloadable (SDK, Platform, RCP, etc). These will have to be feature-based and include the extensions described in bug 218878.

We are now able to build the sdk, platform binary and platform sdk drops from product files.
