This is a combined UI / JUI problem.

Creating a new project requires too many steps, mainly due to having so many pages in the wizard.
Page 1: Kind of project.
	- Usually have to choose All Projects manually, but that's the only option.
Page 2: Project name, and optionally change location (I've never done this).
Page 3: Java settings, for class path and output folder.
Page 4: Java VM.

There are acres of free space on each page, except for maybe page 3.

Pages 1 and 2 should be combined, and shouldn't require selecting "All Projects".
The project path is rarely changed, so it could be on an "Advanced..." button if its space is needed.

Pages 3 and 4 should also be combined, or the choice of VM could be on an Advanced... button as well,
since the product comes with one, and novices won't be changing it.
They should also be combined in the project properties (same UI).
