Build: I20080205-0010

Case #1:
1. Open Create Patch wizard
2. Select "File" as the patch location
3. Click "Browse" and select a file
4. Select "Workspace" as the patch location
5. Enter an invalid path, an error message appears
4. Switch back to "File" as the patch location, the error message is gone
5. Switch back to "Workspace" => the error message should reappear

Case #2:
1. Open Create Patch wizard
2. Select "Workspace" as the patch location
3. Enter a path to a valid but closed project => Error message should be more descriptive. Now it says "Please select the location by browsing", the user doesn't know what's wrong with the one he/she has just typed. The same thing if the path seems to be valid but the project doesn't even exist.

I was not able to reproduce the bug. It seems like the problem has been fixed. Build that I used was eclipse-SDK-N20080706-2000.

Indeed, looks to be fixed in bug 225912.
