Added key equivalents for Delete and Refresh (F5)
Also hooked into the global actions to enable those menus.
Still can't work out how to show the nice Delete key icon behind the menu though :-(

More actually, the hookGlobalActions and the KeyListener do the wiork TWICE, so it's either one or the other :-( You'll have to edit this manually or assign to me. Created attachment 90412 [details]
