When submitting an updated task (user reassigned) an error box appears "Submit error" with the following text:

"Invalid date / time format. Expected dd/MMM/yy hh:mm aInvalid date / time format. Expected dd/MMM/yy hh:mm a"

According to .log file the problem is JIRA sending an invalid date / time format  in the "Start Event" field.
