Version of EMF Compare used: I200712161110

Problem:
The implementation of an proxy resolver (see bug 199877) can not be done, because the EMF proxy mechanism can not work when the left, right and ancestor model is loaded in the same resource set.

Solution:
We need 3 different resource set for left, right and ancestor to make usage of the EMF proxy mechanism, to find out which resource on what side (l,r or a) is not yet loaded.

ResourceSets are now distinct for each side of the comparison.
