With additional resources on board, the IPTeam is finding that we often move IPbugs through the process faster than we have in the past, often times skipping "steps".  As a result, it would be useful if the IPTeam were able to see all the action buttons all the time.

This is done -- the IP Team can see all the buttons.  I've laid them out on thee lines: the sends, the queues and the other actions.
