org.eclipse.ui.internal.ide.dialogs.OpenResourceDialog uses IIDEHelpContextIds.OPEN_RESOURCE_DIALOG for dynamic help. IIDEHelpContextIds.OPEN_RESOURCE_DIALOG does not have an associated help document.
