It is not possible to install the extras features from the 2.0.0 extras update site with the features on the 2.0.0 e3.2 update site:

  download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update-archive/2.0.0/extras 

It seems that the features on the site are newer than 2.0.0. The zipped archive has the correct features:

Mik, the files on the server are owned by you. Quote from bug 205995 comment 11:

"Essentially you just need to move away the old 2.0.0 extras directory and unzip the extras archive."

Verified successfully with Mylyn 2.0.0 on Eclipse 3.2.
