Description Frank Becker CLA 2007-12-10 21:16:13 EST
When I start useing the QA Contact I first not found the Editfield in the Taskeditor because I expect that this is in thePeople and not in Attributes Section.

Please verify.

I dont know if it is OK to only do this for Bugzilla of is it needed to extend the BugzillaAttributeFactory and inplement a new RepositoryTaskAttribute.

Comment 4 Robert Elves CLA 2008-01-15 17:11:27 EST
Patch applied, ip log updated. This is a tricky one since QA may not necessarily be generic across all repositories. To keep this Bugzilla specific and since AbstractRepositoryTaskEditor is undergoing reconstruction, I've added construction of the QA filed into the BugzillaTaskEditor.addSelfToCC() method. I've added a comment that this need to be cleaned up once bug#179245 is done and presents a straight forward way to extend the people section.

Marking resolved.

Rob, it would be great if you could add a comment to bug 179254 in case changes touch AbstractRepositoryTaskEditor (or related editor classes). I have already migrated the code to the new editor architecture and would like to keep track of all features that will need to be ported in the future.
