I tested on gtk with: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/100855/ Observation: - You can drag text from Browser to other widgets, but dragDetect logic is not triggered. I.e, drag star occurs internally in Browser widget and SWT doesn't know about it. Re-assigning back to inbox due to inactivity for 10 years. @grant_gayed, please feel free to take back if you plan to work on this bug again. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
