As part of the discussion in bug #205232, Peter raised the following requirement: 

Thanks for the clarification re expiry and acceptance text. Sometimes get them
confused as for the products I work on generally the license expiry defines
what the license acceptance text should be. So a license text is never really
part of the content/code you ship since it is specific to the offering/product
you are shipping rather than the components that make up the product. It is
also dynamic in that the license can change without the product changing such
as when using an expiry mechanism.  Just want to have this use case captured.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

It seems there is no significant demand for this use case.
