This is a project restart, and the PMC is instating this new initial committer list, not the project committers themselves. Doug (In reply to comment #2) I concur with Doug - what he is describing here is blessed by the EMO and needs to be implemented (probably though manually db INSERTs by Matt or Karl). Hi Bjorn/Doug: So this is not a problem for Christian as he is an existing committer and his legal paperwork covers further provisioning. However, the following folks do not have existing committer accounts: Gustavo Paula, CESAR (Motorola Contractor) Hugo Raniere, CESAR (Motorola Contractor) Diego Sandin, CESAR (Motorola Contractor) Craig Setera, Individual (EclipseME lead) Since I will need to receive paperwork for Craig Setera as he will not fall under the Motorola Member Committer Agreement, would it make sense to create NCRF's the manual way or use an NPPR to create the initial committers, populate the NCRFs and create Portal records. I'd really like to have an NCRF for the new committers in order to have a complete file on each one and be able to communicate with them regarding required paperwork. Thanks, Sharon Doug, Could you fill out the new project provisioning request (NPPR) for the MTJ project even though it's not really a new project, just a reboot? This will create all the database records and the paper trail that the legal department keeps.
