Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Test Reports

Description:
Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Test Reports are used to
aggregate and summarize numerous test executions over a period of time (report
window).  The BIRT test reports present test executions in tables and charts so
users can easily locate trends and effectually analyze.

Note, the org.eclipse.tptp.test.reports.birt.doc plugin has changed to
org.eclipse.tptp.test.reports.birt.doc.user.

Note, this defect is required to generate the TPTP test reports for 4.5 I4 TP1/2.

The component org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt has been removed from the Runtime and SDK. I have added the component to the As-Is section of the 4.5 drop page.
