Provide BVT PoC.

Provide a BVT Proof of Concept (PoC) that integrates the ASF with the TPTP builds to check-out the \test-results\platform\org.eclipse.hyades.tests\bvt\*
test suite from CVS, run the test suites on an Eclipse instance running on the target platform, and generates a BIRT report on the test execution.

Mass update of P1 enhancements and defects targetted to future to P2.

Significant progress has been made in TPTP 4.7 to get the BVT in.  We still need to check in the script and to test that reporting still works as expected as some of the calling scripts were updated for structure.  Deferring to 4.7.1 for the remaining parts.
