The supported SSE languages all offer a line delimiter preference.  We should consider removing it because:
1) Users aren't expecting a preference other than on the Workspace page for controlling delimiters, certainly not one for each supported content type.
2) Our IDocument implementation's reliance on our preference results in different default behavior from the Platform's IDocument implementation.
3) Users can use the delimiter conversion actions on the File menu at any time.
4) We can't enforce that adopters will adhere to our preference if they provide wizards/generators of their own.
