- Window / Preferences
- Make sure the Workbench page is selected
- Click on "In the same window"
- hit Tab
- focus goes to the (empty) text field for this option's accelerator key
- hit Tab again, it goes to Shift
- hit Tab again, it goes to Ctrl

These should not take focus.  
Tab should go to the first choice in the next tab group (New Project Options).

	Not sure what kind of widget these use, but Labels do not take focus.
