Description Kevin Haaland CLA 2001-10-10 22:26:34 EDT 
1) Tear off a view.
	2) Click in the title bar and move it around.
	3) Tear off a second view on top of the first one.
	4) Click in the title bar and move it around.

	The tear off operation and move are mixed up.
	In the step two you have the impression that you are moving the window but
	you are actualy tearing it off.
	When you try to move it in the step 4 you end up tearing it off.
