Charts inside crosstab will get a slice of the cube resultset of the crosstab 
they are in. The slice will depend on the position of the chart (measure or 
total cell).

This enhancement aims to process that slice of resultset and bind it to the 
chart.

Dependency 210973 was just fixed, there is no time left to implement it in M4, 
postponing to M5.

Added initial support for chart in xtab. Now chart in xtab can preview, with some size issues to be fixed later.

Added auto resize support for plot chart, now plot chart will render aligned with the xtab cell. In addition, when switching to display as Chart in xtab, will set edge cell's padding as zero.
