Problem reported by a consuming product: 
If user changes the severity of the rule in the dialog, the configuration does not become “dirty”, “Apply” button is not enabled and the severity indication icon is not changed. No identification that configuration is dirty displayed. User has to update something else on this configuration in order to “apply” button is enabled and he can save his change and see the change in severity icon

Expected: As soon as user changes the severity “Apply” button is enabled
 

Steps

1.	Open Analysis dialog, create a new configuration, select a rule
2.	Select any rule, press Apply
3.	Change the severity of the rule
Result: “Apply” button is disabled. No identification that configuration is dirty
