Description Nick Edgar CLA 2001-10-10 22:26:30 EDT
It's very easy to tear off a view unintentionally, e.g when mousing in the titlebar to see if there's a menu where the view icon is,
when going to press a toolbar button and missing. This leaves the novice user in an unexpected state.
It's also sometimes hard to reattach a view if it's only moved out a little bit.

The threshold should be increased.
