In CVS repo view, when I try to check several (7-8) small projects out in one
fell swoop, the progress monitor moves to around 70% rather quickly & then
remains there for the duration of the operation, which can be quite long,
leading the user to potentially come to the mistaken conclusion that the app has
frozen.
