This will allow easy redefinition/replacement of any LTA extension point including uncontrolable extensions points (like those defined outside TPTP).
We need to group as many as possibles functions in this set of plugins, without breaking the current set of customer configurations.
Use the following names for the new plugins:
	- org.eclipse.tptp.lta.log.extensions.instances for import/export and view/report logs and log analysis (correlation and symptom analysis) functions
	- org.eclipse.tptp.lta.symptom.extensions.instances for symptom catalog import/export and authoring functions
	- org.eclipse.tptp.lta.gla.runtime.extensions.instances for GLA runtime and parsers functions
	- org.eclipse.tptp.lta.gla.authoring.extensions.instances for GLA adapter authoring functions

As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this originator of this enhancement/defect has an inactive Bugzilla account and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open.
