Update 4.5 targets in Bugzilla to reflect new iteration numbers.

Since we changed our iteration numbers to align with the Ganymede milestones (see the http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/project_info/releaseinfo/4.5/schedule.html), we need to update the Bugzilla targets accordingly.

For example:

4.5 i3
4.5 i4
4.5 i5
4.5 i6
4.5 i7
4.5 i8

The milestones have been updated from 4.5i1 - 4.5i6 to 4.5i3 - 4.5i8 for the following components:
