The javadoc make a ref here : http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/plugin/dom/org/w3c/dom/views/package-summary.html to org.w3c.dom.views .
However this is not part of any EE.
Hence a bundle that tries to reference it will work great if has no EE defined, but will fail to compile in Eclipse with an EE defined.
