The gradient image could be shared among all forms with the same header
size.

This was implemented in bug 202316 as a follow up to bug 200690.

Sorry for the duplication, bug 194776 would then be a duplicate of bug 200690. Are these two fixes going to be in 3.3.2?

There is currently no plan to put these fixes in 3.3.2, but perhaps we should consider it.

Yes, it is a good 3.3.2 candidate. Please create a clone defect and resolve it when you release the fix into the R3_3_Maintenance stream.
