I have a setup with a provisioned eclipse containing
- an SDK
- the end user ui

When I uninstall the SDK the end user ui is left behind but in a non running state. We should try to understand why it is left behind, and also why it is left in a non running state.

This is normal since from a resolver point, the profile says that it needs an end user ui and therefore it just goes and keeps the necessary bundles.
This relates to the concept of base as being explored in bug 215398.
