Description Malcom Zung CLA 2007-10-16 14:20:23 EDT
Build ID: TPTP 4.4.0.3

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create a symptom catalog
2.In Log Navigator view, use context menu to delete the catalog
3.

Problem:
A confirmation dialog appears asking if it is OK to delete the log file. This confirmation dialog should ask about symptom catalog, not log file.

Targetting 4.5 i4.
Comment 2 Yasuhisa Gotoh CLA 2008-01-16 07:17:43 EST
The confirmation message "Delete the selected log file(s)?\nThe original log file(s) will not be affected." is set within the following class:

org.eclipse.hyades.trace.ui.internal.actions.DeleteAction
    in the project org.eclipse.tptp.platform.common.ui.trace

Currently the only message shown above is used for all resource types.

Need further investigation on how to switch the confirmation message according to the resource type.
Comment 3 Yasuhisa Gotoh CLA 2008-01-18 06:53:42 EST
Some correction in comment #2:

Currently the only message shown above is used for all file resources.

Updated patch

I have updated the message CONFIRM_DELM to be in synch with the rest of the confirmation messages although they are not entirely correct from NL point of view.
Please check in the patch.

Alex, will you check in the patch for me since this should be applied to the platform project?
Comment 7 Alex Nan CLA 2008-01-21 10:23:27 EST
Patch checked in.
