In the navigator (and elsewhere where files can be versioned)
	Manage -> Replace with... -> Team Stream Resource
	takes action immediately after being selected.  There should be
	a simple dialog here to confirm that the user really wants his/her local
	copy obliterated.

	All it takes is one errant click...

	This is important.  We had this behaviour in LeapFrog, and many people
	lost changes due to it.
	Ideally it would put any unversioned changes in the recycle bin, or the local history as well.
