Hi,

for consumers it might be desirable to just register as a IServiceListener independent of the IServiceType. So far it is only possible to register IServiceListener for specific IServiceType, but not for all IServiceTypes.
An alternative to add a new method to IDiscoveryContainerAdapter might be, to have an IServiceType wildcard which could be pass along addServiceListener(IServiceType, IServiceListener), but a separate method is much cleaner and OO.
