This is an umbrella bug to list other bugs involved with the WTP 3.0 Plan item to improve JavaScript support. 

The _main_ part of the plan item is to get the JSDT component into the WTP builds and remove the old support, eventually. 

But, it also involves things like defining API, tutorials showing examples, info pop help, etc.
