Test on Polish machine.
Install the IBM Rational Remote Agent Controller in let’s say <D:\IBMRAC> directory.
1. Open a command line window and change directory to D:\IBMRAC\bin.
Make sure java.exe is in the system path of the command prompt.
2. Run config.bat
3. Note that in the SetConfig text, only the WAS server text is translated and  displayed in Polish.

Using 4.4.0.3, and specifying the following locale via JVM switch:

@java -Duser.language=pl (...additional setconfig switches...)

The result is:
