This problem is caused by mistranslatoin.
And PII files are corrected and checked in.

Would you provide a screen capture if the next build is available ?
steps to reproduce:

1.Start the workbench and open the “Profiling and Logging perspective” following the menu options: Window->Open Perspective->Other->Profiling and Logging.
2.Select the “Profile” drop-down button .expand it and choose “Profile...”, the “Profile” dialog will open
3.In the Profile dialog select “External Java Application” and create a new configuration by clicking the “New” button at the left bottom of the dialog
4.Change the name of the configuration to “LocalProfileTest” and  click “Apply” to save changes.	
5.On the Main tab, browse for the PerformanceExample.class in the <test_samples> directory to provide the name of the test application in the “Class name” field.
6.Click “Profile” to launch the application, the following dialog will be displayed. Verify the labels are translated.
7.Type in your user name and a wrong password. The following dialog is displayed. Verify labels are translated.

All text in the profiling and logging perspective is translated as expected in 4.4.0.3. All instances of the word "Profile" are properly translated, including the Profiling and Logging Perspective label, and the text in the profile dialog.
