Copy and Paste actions are available from the Edit menu when using the Test Navigator's logical sub-view.
However, these actions have no effect there since this is a logical view.
So I believe that the Copy and Paste actions should be greyed in the Edit menu.

These actions should be available only when using the resource test navigator.

I verified that this is still an issue in 4.4.0.3.
