I tried MS IIS V5 with latest service pack on Windows2000 Japanese and eclipse 
20020617 driver. I always got an error when uploading some files, java, xml and 
properties file, "communication with DAV server: 415 Unsupported Media Type" 
Below is IIS log file.
It looks like a common issue. I will close this bug. If you want further,

The WebDAV spec for MKCOL states that the return code 415 means:
"415 (Unsupported Media Type)- The server does not support the request type of 
the body. "

I'll have to check to be sure but as far as I know we don't specify a body or 
content-type.
