Scenario:

1. Create a symptom database by selecting File > New > Other > Profiling and Logging > Symptom Database
2. Enter a string that contains mixed text such myABC for Folder filed, and a Hebrew string for Name field
3. Click Finish
Result: In the opened symptom file, the elements in the Location filed are mixed i.e instead of 
...\myABC\HEBREW.symptom it shown like: ...\myHEBREW\ABC.symptom

Note: In the Path field, the order is shown correctly

This probelm occurs also in import wizard when specifing the file path from local host

Attaching screen capture showing symptom catalog path containing hebrew string displayed correctly. The test was done using TPTP-4.4.0.3-200709191245.

Please change the target to the 4.5 iteration when this Bugzilla was resolved.
