Currently, if there is a file that exists at Eclipse.org, but is not mirrored, 
A link such as to following will result in an HTML page that has exactly one choice to download.

Just, FYI, that one link to choose from has an href similar to the following:

Seems to me it is a waste a perfectly good click ... why not just directly "send" the user to download the file? Seems' 99% of the time, that is when the user would want ... and, maybe only a few times would someone say "oh, no, I do not want it if I can not select a mirror". 

Hope this makes sense.
