Description DJ Houghton CLA 2001-10-10 22:25:12 EDT
- in the Window preferences set your perspectives to open in new page
	- switch to Java perspective
	- close old perspective (so Java one is the only one you have open)
	- close Tasks and Outline views
	- move the Navigator to be next to the Packages view
	- add the Repositories view
	- setup is complete....
	- File -> New -> Project (basic project, not a Java project)
	- enter a project name and hit enter.

Suddenly the Resource perspective is opened with your new
project and the modified Java perspective that you had set up
	is gone!

NOTES:

Usability issues raised in this defect are covered by the "losing context" work
that we are doing.
