Please note the following bug description from our German TVT tester in 
Toronto...

<German Tester>
In the Manifest Editor's Extension Wizard Selection panel I
can choose from 10 items and click next where the following
actions are described and data can be entered.

The wizards all have a description area directly underneath 
the title line. This area is too small for some translations
and the description for "Help Content" is truncated even in 
even in thge english version (see screen shot in Test Case
06.001140)

Could you please make the description field bigger?

We have also logged similar problems and have received requests from Germany, 
to make a default of four lines to avoid truncating the strings....

Will fix all descriptions using 20349, including this one.
