Schema for Perspective extension must also list 'fast' as one of the possible 
values for 'relativePosition' for element 'view'.

Dejan, this is not a duplicate.  'Fast' is still missing in the schema and 
needs to be added.

F4 candidate: we missed to add 'fast' as a choice for perspective extension 
element. 

Value: medium - users will be confused when 'fast' is not shown in the combo 
box of view location choices. They will only be able to set the value of the 
attribute to 'fast' in the Source view.
Risk: trivial - we will add 'fast' as another choice in the attribute value 
restriction. This 'choice' restriction drives the combo box.
