The page descriptions in the Help TOC template wizard and the "Hello, World" 
action set template wizard are too long.  
They are cut off on Linux.
"Hello, World" is fine on Windows, but the Help TOC is cut off also on Windows.

Should shorten all descriptions that are cut off on Linux (very often messages 
that fit on Windows are too long on Linux, so making them fit Linux wizards 
will automatically guarantee they are good on Windows as well).

Verified...The fix is in the 0621 integration build.
